Collecting, sorting, cleaning and repairing toys - all done through a professional integration programme. That's how the Rejoué organisation aims to help people with chaotic career paths get back to work, keep toys from winding up in the trash and prevent waste.
The organisation provides individual and group support for 14 employees on a professional integration scheme, to help them develop a career plan through refurbishing and selling used toys. Rejoué also helps them regain their self-confidence with training courses on eco-friendly cleaning, order fulfilment and stock management.
The Societe Generale Foundation for Solidarity has partnered with the organisation since 2014. Rejoué is striving to develop at the national level by increasing the visibility of its sector. To that end, it is focusing on professionalizing the career paths it offers employees and developing strategic partnerships with one or more players in the re-use industry and integration professionals.
Since 2014, Rejoué has also been a beneficiary of the Christmas fund-raising campaign run by Talents et Partage, the Societe Generale employees' and retirees' charity. The "Noël de Rejoué" (Rejoué Christmas) programme also gives other charities the opportunity to collect toys for the children they serve. Rejoué's different initiatives combine to create a true virtuous cycle for toys.
