Looking back on a "pro market gardening" located in the farming village of Sémé-Podji (Benin) with Paul Gérin Lajoie Foundation, an organisation supported by the Société Générale Corporate Foundation.

 

"Since the soil is sandy and it dries out very quickly, they have to bring in water several times a day. This is why the Paul Gérin Lajoie Foundation turned to the Societe Generale Corporate Foundation and submitted a project to install an irrigation system called pro maraichage, or pro market gardening"
