Societe Generale Group employees in Morocco have been mobilized to advise young people on their career path!
Two days dedicated to employability, called “First Job Tips”, were organized in June.
Young people from SOS Children’s Villages association, TIBU, The stars of Sidi Moumen as well as young guests invited via the bank’s social networks were able to meet nearly 50 Group employees and benefit from their advice for their future professional path. In an open doors format, they were offered various workshops and topics: writing and presentation of a resume, cover letter, recruitment interview, use of professional social networks.
In total, close to 200 young people were at the rendez-vous of these two days to receive the best advice to prepare their job search!
The teams of Ivory Coast participated in a collection for the benefit of a charity and a solidarity day in two orphanages.
The collection took place over 3 days, on 25, 26 and 27 June 2019, and was for the benefit of the Amigo Doume association, which helps disadvantaged young people. To this end, a stand was set up on the front of the bank to collect various gifts in kind (food and non-food) and financial donations. June 28 was the date chosen for the solidarity day. The employees were asked to participate in the rehabilitation of 2 orphanages in Bassam and Bingerville, assisted by professionals and the logistics department teams.
As every year, for a week, employees gave their time to give a smile to young people and children.
In total, 16 participants in the Solidarity Day and more than 60 participants in the collection made this event a success with a donation of nearly 3,000 euros to the beneficiary association!
