The organisation ARELI, which contributes to the professional and social emergence of executives and directors from modest backgrounds, in particular from immigration, and which has strong experience in hosting and housing migrant workers, observed the difficulties in professional integration that some young people from under-privileged backgrounds can encounter. As a result, in 2003, ARELI founded the Emergence division.
The main activity of ARELI Emergence is to support brilliant students from under-privileged backgrounds in their studies. In addition to financial support, technical support is given which consists in: individual monitoring of each student, sessions to prepare for university entrance exams and help with professional integration. Since its creation, ARELI has supported 450 students, and in May 2013, the employment rate for graduate scholars was 91.5%
The aim is to contribute, in the interests of society, its economic players and all citizens as a whole, towards building an open society in which each motivated, talented person with a career plan, can achieve it.
