Fundación Integra

In detail

The Integra Foundation was created in 2001 with a clear mission: to allow people in difficulty, those at risk of social exclusion and disabled people to access the world of work to recover their dignity and independence.

Since beginning their work, firstly in Madrid then in Barcelona, Seville, the Balearic Islands, Valencia and Castellon, the Integra Foundation has implemented 6,500 work contracts for people at risk of exclusion.

The foundation implements training and support programmes which aim to help beneficiaries to find a job.
Integra also relies on a network of partner businesses for skill-based sponsorships.

History of partnership

The partnership with the Societe Generale subsidiary in Spain has been in place since 2013. Thanks to this partnership, one hundred young people at risk of social exclusion have participated in a programme which helps young people into work (business visits, business discovery workshops, financial education sessions). The Integra Foundation has been the charity for the Citizen Commitment Games 2014 in Spain.
