Femmes pour le Dire, Femmes pour Agir (FDFA) was founded in April 2003 at the initiative of Maudy Piot, who has successively been a nurse, physiotherapist and psychologist. The organisation's main aim is to combat the dual discrimination of being a woman and disabled.
The partnership with Societe Generale aims to maintain and reinforce the themed workshops on employment offered to beneficiaries. The purpose of these modules is to give the keys to participants surrounding their job search, their preparation for recruitment processes and managing their image. In time, this workshop must give back confidence to each participant and enable her to begin professional integration or reintegration with confidence and peace of mind.
