E2C 92 opened its doors in March 2011 in Clichy-la-Garenne and in November 2012 in Bagneux. The organisation leading the project comprises the Regional Council, the General Council, 11 municipalities of the north and 11 municipalities of the south of department 92, the Mont-Valérien agglomeration community, and companies and qualified personnel from the Hauts-de-Seine Chamber of Commerce.
To integrate professionally, the interns need to identify and master the codes of social and professional behaviour better. For companies, it's a real difficulty to pass these codes on to young people as they have never had an opportunity to adopt them. Beyond fundamental training which is essential to the success of their project, E2C 92 is running an experimental project "journey in images" led with Florence Le Villain, a professional photographer, to promote self-confidence and the ability to find one's place both individually and in relation to others.
The project is led with a group of twelve interns, over 8 to 10 months (the course lasts a maximum of 10 and 1/2 months). Florence Levillain will be involved from the moment they arrive at the school to immediately involve them in this work on image and to enable them to take ownership of the project. Then, the interns will be photographed at all the key moments of their journey within E2C, and they will be involved in thinking about and taking responsibility for the choice of each detail contained in the image.
In addition to its teaching benefit, this work made it possible to organise a gratifying exhibition for the interns.
