The organisation Bienfaisance Sidi Bernoussi's aim is to host, protect and support abandoned children, orphans and other children in difficult situations who live in the region of Casablanca.
Through the partnership with the Societe Generale Foundation, the organisation hopes to extend the professional integration programme by including a project to support the preparation and realisation of micro-projects so that the borders can earn a living, become independent and envisage a new life outside the reception centres they have lived in since they were born. The programme has 4 phases:
- Training workshop for project preparation,
- Project preparation, selection and validation,
- Project realisation,
- Summary and evaluation of the programme.
The organisation is supported by Societe Generale Morocco (SGMA) and two members of the organisation's executive board are employees of the subsidiary.
Within the framework of Citizen Commitment 2012, the organisation took part in the solidarity trade fair organised by SGMA at which employees were able to meet members of the organisation and discuss its activities.
